Before Treatment
We will review your health history, symptoms, medications, previous procedures, implanted devices, and other relevant medical information to determine whether you are an appropriate candidate. Wear comfortable clothing and remove items as instructed by your treatment provider.
During Your Session
You'll sit on the EMSELLA chair while the treatment stimulates your pelvic floor muscles. You may feel repeated pelvic floor muscle contractions and tingling or muscle activity during treatment. The intensity can be adjusted according to your treatment protocol and tolerance.
After Treatment
There is generally no planned downtime, and patients can typically return to their normal daily activities following treatment. Individual experiences and results can vary.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
Your treatment plan will be based on your symptoms, health history, goals, response to therapy, and the protocol recommended by your healthcare provider. EMSELLA is generally provided as a series rather than a single treatment.
